MegaSonics Multifrequency Ultrasonic Generators

The patented powerful and reliable multi-frequency module generators are used for various applications in micro and nano surface cleaning.
Constant power output with interval functions ensures extremely precise ultrasonic treatment of all parts to be cleaned. The modular generators are equipped with unique protective features for maximum operational reliability.

These include special cooling of the generator. RS-485 and CAN interface are also available if you want to control the generators from your PC, or HMI/PLC control system.

The choice of 5 different housing sizes for the generator modules makes it possible to install the right module for every application. Starting at 1000W up to 5000W. The ultrasonic multi-frequency generators are equipped as modules with 1000 kHz.

They are used together with plate and immersible transducers with suitable configurations. The stand-alone generators and corresponding transducer systems are ideal for cleaning and surface treatment applications.

With their digital frequency generation and control, their absolutely constant outputs and interval function, the MediSonics stand-alone generators set new standards in the power range up to 5000W in a 19-inch rack.
