Ultrasonic cleaning system

The MedUSe 10-3LK is a semi-automatic and closed multi-chamber system. The instrument basket is loaded manually. It is a worktable model of compact design. The dental instruments to be cleaned pass through three separate cleaning or high-performance ultrasonic, rinsing and drying stations in baskets specially designed for the system.

The system, which is designed as a cleaning system, not only saves personnel, but also effectively prevents cross-contamination by the operator during the individual cleaning cycles thanks to the closed system. The system is controlled or operated by the PLC/HMI touch screen control system and allows individual programming of various cleaning processes and programs.

For example, cycle times, disinfectant dosing, sonication frequencies, etc. can be flexibly programmed and adapted to the respective needs of the individual practices. In addition, the system has a validation system.

The development of this system is protected according to the Swiss Copyright Act (URG) SR231.1 of 1992 (rev. 2008).
