This system is characterized by the high quality, production capacity and the flexible solution for effective ultrasonic cleaning of single parts, high value parts in carriers or bulk material. Plant design: This design allows working even in clean and ultra-clean rooms up to a clean room class of 100.<\/span><\/h6>\n<h6><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: #808080;\">Feeding is fully automatic and allows a very high batch throughput. The water treatment system enables o\u00f6logically perfect water pre-treatment for the various immersion baths. The optional final packaging unit enables the workpieces to be made ready for shipment without contact under absolute cleanroom conditions. The final, automatic drying stage is offered in four different versions: Warm air, infrared, warm air and infrared, vacuum.<\/span><\/h6>\n<h6><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: #808080;\">Technology: Water treatment system, Visualized control system, Modular assemblies, Loading and unloading machine, Regeneration system for dirty water, Drying system, Packaging unit under clean room conditions, Encapsulation hoods with venting system for clean room conditions, Control system. The visualized control system allows free programming of various cleaning processes.<\/span><\/h6>\n<h6><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: #808080;\">MediSonics fine cleaning systems are programmed with a flexible validation system.
