Ultrasonic cleaning system for passivation of medical implants

The MedUSe 10-7AK was developed by us after many years of experience and the active exchange with implant manufacturers and their needs especially for the medical field. It represents an innovative cleaning system of the top class for the implant manufacturers practice and fulfills the special requirements of hygiene for the most demanding surface treatment.

The individual baskets first pass through the pre-cleaning bath, with ultrasonic sonication and disinfectant. To ensure a high level of cleaning and disinfection, the main cleaning is carried out in several baths with special disinfectants and detergents in 2 divided process cycles. In this process, the cleaning is considerably intensified by several recirculation systems.

The dosing of the disinfectants as well as different passivation chemicals, is done by an automatic dosing machine which guarantees a constant treatment quality. The passivation process is programmable and follows the latest medical-technical guidelines. The system also includes a hot air drying system.

The development of this system is protected according to the Swiss Copyright Act (URG) SR231.1 of 1992 (rev. 2008).
